“Ordered the thing on the 29th its been like 8 or 9 days no response to emails keep the 19 bucks ill get it somewhere else hate to be that way all im looking for is a little feed back”

“I received the OPSol. I can not find any place to buy Mini Shells. It sounds like maybe they will not be available again for a while. So I have not used the product and won't for the forseeable future.... Caveat Emptor.”

“This is a review on the shipping not the product it self, since I never received the item in question. According to tracking number the item is still in Texas..I know Texas is big but 8 days ! And I know this is supposed to be a review on the opsol not the shipping but when emails are returned UN deliverable then you do this.”

“Terrible customer service. I placed an order and it was never received. They don't return any emails I send asking on status. I will dispute the charge through my credit card company and ask them to refund me for a product that was never delivered. Once again awful customer service.”

“Paid for the component that fits the moss berg shockwave, so I can fire the mini shells, and was told I would receive it last month, but I got ripped off! It never came! Lesson learned. I will warn others!”

“Ordered the item exactly one week ago. Package tracking said that the item was supposed to arrive on time on Feb. 17th. Last update on USPS tracking was on the 16th stating that the package will arrive late no current package location provided. Furthermore, the last time the item was at a USPS facility was on the 12th when it was still in Texas. Since that date, it has not arrived or appeared in any other location, my home included. I understand that the south is being affected by a bad winter storm, but no other transfer in any other states USPS locations nor any other update since Feb 16th is really disappointing. Perhaps use another shipping method (fedex, UPS, or DHL). Just a thought. If package arrives in a somewhat timely manner, I would go back and rate my experience again. For now, one star :-(”
