“Appauling customer service.! After I had my eye test at this establishment I proceeded to choose the frames for my prescription. On viewing a few pairs I found a pair that suited. I proceeded to record the model number of said frames at which point a member of staff jumped off her chair, sprinted towards me a grabbed the frames out of my hand . The explaination provided being Optrix do not allow customers to note down the frame model numbers. Clearly they are restricting potential customers from shopping around. I have never expierenced such incredibly bad behaviour from a retailer in my life and fully intend to lodge a formal compliant . In the end I walked across the street to another independent and purchased the same frames at a comparable cost. In the end it always comes down to customer service and Optrix faril miserably I would NOT recommend them to any City Professional in the Broadgate area.”
“I had new glasses fitted in Broadgate and even though I am a difficult case - very narrow nose and petite face, the ladies working there wouldn't give up and they have found the perfecr pair of glasses matching all my requirements. I can't recommend enough!”
“First rate advice and service. This shop must be the “new retail experience” we keep being told about, that the High Street must adopt to survive. Just wish I had reasons to go there more often.”
“For the last 18 years I have been buying glasses from the big optician chains (Optical express, Specsavers etc) and the lenses never felt quite right leaving my eyes tired at the end of the day. The Nikon lenses that they do are far superior than what all the chain opticians offer, a difference you can actually feel! Also the optician that carried out my eye test was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and professional.”
