“I paid for a live draw on the King Kobra golf set, the stream conveniently went down and then the draw was done offline. Then you uploaded a video saying that you will upload the video of the draw later on. I have done raffles with many other companies and have never felt scammed. Tonight i feel like i have been scammed! This is false advertisement and unacceptable.”

Hi Geraint. It was good to speak to you over the phone. Obviously, we were gutted with the live draw suffering major tech issues. It's the first one we have had that has occurred since starting so we can certainly share your frustrations. We cant do anything about the problems that have passed, only apply the lessons going forward so we can only improve our service. Please watch our next live draws so you can see how we normally run them.

“Morning I scored a good as it’s the first time on entering your competition. So far everything was smooth and the prizes amazing just hope that it is as stated that the drawers go ahead even if all tickets arnt sold as stated , I’m sure they will . Very excited for tonight. Very easy to play and enter by a well designed site Thank you again regards Ian”

“First time I've entered a competition with yourselves. Easy process, question not too difficult. Who wouldn't want to win a set of those beautiful clubs..I've just purchased a second hand set after not playing for 20 years so these would be amazing.”
