Hi Ben, thanks for the review. That's a really good question to raise. To date, all of our watches have been Brand New and supplied directly to the winners from predominantly Goldsmiths Jewellers. If we found something particularly interesting on a site such as a watch finder, then we would certainly consider it and make sure this is captured within the prize description. The website recently went through a re-design which we used that opportunity to also introduce our points based reward scheme to recognise our regular customers and so we are pleased you are finding this useful. It's important to us (as should be to any business) to recognise the commitment of our customers and so this system is great way for us to do that. Many thanks for the review and for joining the ever growing Opulent community.
