“Really liked entering the competitions previously, but recently not so fussed on the prizes that are up for grabs, which is why not been playing so much. Hope to see some different prizes up soon”

Selecting prizes is always the hardest part, trying to think of different things that cross as many different interests as possible and as importantly, ensuring we can bring these at the best price and odds to our audiance. Hello Mathew, thanks for leaving a review. After our draws, we communicate the competition details in several ways. The winners, of course, are called straight after the draw to congratulate them and arrange delivery of the prizes. For everyone else, we send out both a results email to those subscribed, along with posting the results on our FB page.

Hi Alex, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Our system does generate a confirmation email and quite often they end up in peoples junk/spam folders. I have had a look at your account and their is a confirmation of order sent. I have just re-sent it again so if you could check your spam/junk folders would be great.

Hi Kiva, apologies if you didn't see our Facebook live video. We draw all our comps on time and we do them live on Facebook as instructed in our competition rules. We are however improving our system and will be emailing everyone automatically the winners of every comp in the near future. We did also send out a mailshot will all the winners and they have been published on Facebook too. If you can check your spam for any of our emails and unspam them, that will help you to see them in the future. Sometimes, users accidentally enter the wrong email address so the next time you're in your account double-check your email address and if it is incorrect, let us know and we will change it straight away. I do wish you will continue using our website as we do have some even better amazing competition lined up. Best, Steve
