“I received the items I ordered online in a timely manner. For some unknown reason, I was not able to download the e-mail which had shipping and tracking information for the order. Even after a telephone verification conversation with the owner, my e-mail never materialized. However, now that the stands I ordered have arrived and are very attractive, I am less concerned about reliability issues. I will order again in the future.”
