“I have a feeling that I wasted my money on the subscription.My financial situation isn't great yet I wanted to get the membership thinking that I will be having more benifits but unfortunately I see that most of the videos are already present on your YouTube channel and the length of the video is the same. I was expecting a little more information than what is already there for the price I'm paying. And what I see here is that in the name of "prime benefits" you are making people spend more and more money. I'm not that satisfied with what I'm getting with the price I paid for 2 years subscription.”

“App needs work. Can't select quality of videos and when you rewind the videos glitch out. Also offline watching is broken. Scrolling acts funky and search is delayed. Videos are nice could be better”

“I have requested my bank to retrieve the money back, so to say to dispute the order because I do not like it the very day I ordered 6/22/20.
Reason:
There was no telephone to contact to ask someone about my a problem.
I emailed for help but no one came back to me until now, which is 7 days now.
I bought the product for the purpose of having review questions and answers to make me prepare towards board exams but there was no where I could find what I need and I could not reach anyone to help me. Right now I do not like it anymore

“Quite disappointed as I was assured by my peers who use osmosis that this would be suitable for me. When studying, i use multiple devices at the same time e.g. videos or notes on my iPad, other notes and resources on my laptop as well as one note. I assumed i could use multiple features of osmosis on mid devices at the same time, however this seems to to be the case as i have to log out of one to carry on using the other. This is extremely frustrating, especially as I know this used to not be the case”

“I absolutely love the videos, and I think osmosis is one of the best possible physiology resources, but it is held back by its flashcard system. Having the flashcards usable only within the osmosis browser is terrible from a usability standpoint. A majority of medical students use anki. PLEASE make the osmosis decks importable into anki instead of trying to force us to use the osmosis flashcard system. That would make osmoses THE resource to use. Untill then it's just nice videos.”

“Impulse bought Osmosis when I was desperate learning about metabolisms, and it was great although it did lack some cycles. After that I continued to discovered that It did not cover wast parts of my pensum. Think it is because it might be focused on a newer system than the outdated one that is used here in Czechia. Anyhow I doubt it will be that useful (except for Inherited disorders) unfortunately. Which is disheartening as the videos are solid, well produced. And the High yield notes are the best!”

“It's more medical than nursing so most of the resources are not relevant to me. I wish I had known before I purchased. It's good for patho but there's no help for skills, priority care or anything relevant to the disorder which is what nursing is based off of. The "workspace" makes no sense to maneuver. The flashcards beside the document are neat but they are very glitchy and should be able to be lowered as you get lower to the bottom. Overall, if I'd known I wouldn't have paid more than $10 flat rate for the service.”
“This feels like an unfinished product to me. Great concept, but not quite there. I love the videos and the high yield notes, but for the price you should be able to download or print the notes. I'll likely just go back to AMBOSS and Notability.”
