“The instructions and content have expanded over the last year or two and very pleased. Keep building new content while revising current content to keep all the learners on their best!
There may be a sync issue in regards to the iPhone App where viewed content is not being recorded as completed with the checkmark.”
“The study schedules should allow for more individualized options on study days. Ie if something happens and you miss a day be able to drag a missed day to another day or add an off day or half day and recalculate and/or tell you what areas you're missing. I really like all the options for resources it would just be a little better if it had more individualized freedom. As an example, the calendar of online med-ed will tell you Wether or not you will be able to complete your schedule in the time allotted and also tell you what topics you will be missing.”
“I love the resources and tools Osmosis provides. I think the drawings are helpful and cute. The videos are helpful, but the notes are even more helpful. I wish that the general pharmacology series had accompanied notes like the pathophysiology notes. Also I think the NP series needs a little bit more work, it focuses on the FNP track but there are no resources for the other specialties. I think there should be a critical care series.”
“i love it!! the videos are great and the visuals help even more, the RN and the clinical reasoning are my favorite becuase i am a nursing student. the only reason i didnt give it excellent was because when i ‘seach’ a topic if its not the exact match of a title it wont bring it up so i wish it would bring everything up about that topic even if its just mentioned in another video and my biggest wish of all time: i wish there was more compare and contrast viedos on types of diseases! (i.e. Addison vs cushing’s, or differences between prerenal, intrarenal and postrenal, polycythemia vs thalassemia, a-fib vs v-fib, ARDS vs ARF, DKA vs HHNS, DI vs SIADH, hyperthyroidism vs hypothyroidism, thyroid strom vs myxedema) so overall i really do enjoy it and its definitely worth every penny!”
“Helloo and thank you so much for your works. Actually, I found your mobile app not user friendly, I think it's too complex and hard to find what I'm looking for. But generally Osmosis helps a lot and I appreciate it.”
“Good library of videos ranging from a wide range of medical topics. Easy to understand and learn.
Flashcards could use more variety, as some questions are repeated several times through different cards where maybe other content could be used.
For future content, an entire section dedicated to pathology and histological analysis of disease would be greatly appreciated.
4.5/5”
“En poco tiempo puedo entender una materia complicada. Como los videos son realizados en otro idioma podrían usar más dibujos que letras, ayuda más para el aprendizaje”
“I absolutely love the videos and the deck function. The workspace flow is not very intuitive but is workable. I'm sure there are probably demos on how to work it but I haven't looked for them. I love that the videos are recommended based on the material from my class lectures. It makes prioritizing my studying much easier. I frequently use the website in a split screen with a video or with another screen open and it can be a bit buggy, it is probably due to the size of my powerpoint slides when they were converted to pdf but it can be dificult to make the screen smaller and still be able to take notes at the same time. The highlighter only goes in a straight line which is nice except when I need to highlight something at an angle. Also, maybe I haven't figured out how yet, but it would be nice to be able to type on the slide as opposed to just in the notes.”
“The high-yield notes and scheduling features are incredibly helpful and have saved me so much time. The drag feature of the class review calendar can be a little buggy and I’m not able to see my first aid page assignments on the mobile app. But even with these small things, I truly believe Osmosis will change the way I study for the better!”
“I have one idea that may improve the studying.
If there was a kind of 'forum' for each video that people could ask questions and then other people/ Osmosis representatives could respond to these questions. For me at least, seeing some good questions being answered and then a discussion about that question, may be helpful.
But honestly this website worth every penny. thank you for your good work”
“I like the quality of videos and notes. I just want you to put it in a simple sequence. I'll explain more, when I entered the courses that I wanted to study in my study schedule, my first video wasn't easy to understand, I think it's in the wrong order. It was about genes, a specific protein, and its inhibitor. But I would have liked a video about cell physiology first.”
“I enjoy the extra help I get from Osmosis. I wish you had information on lab test that are done to help explain what is happening during testing.
Testing methods such as serological testing and molecular testing.”
“Pharmacological treatments are not update in Psychiatry Qbank.
It is an excellent resource .
I used the Uworld Q previously.
Osmosis Qbank is harder than Uworld .”
