“Videos are very extensive. Some videos could be less extensive when aimed for nursing. Pathology is important but patient treatment/care, emphasis/stress on changes in patient condition to look out for would be helpful for nurses using it as a reference.”

I’m having a great time using osmosis !
However, I wish the app was more helpful, I can’t write flash cards there and I can’t rewrite my schedule. And the subjects are kinda confusing me, I’m studying a whole block of medicine, so while doing the schedule I was confused as to what choose as my main focus, same goes for the flash cards ( but it’s easier to manage tbh) . The last thing that confuses me it the spaced repetition, I have to choose it at the morning which is a bit hard cause I’ll be at the university, or well sleeping.
Other than that I’m having so much fun, the videos are so helpful and I’m creating my own flash cards (which is new) . I don’t regret subscribing, you guys are amazing

“the standard of question for step 1 can be improved..An equivalent to AMBOSS if brought would be of immense help to students.The videos are great and the clinical reasoning section is godsend , also the flashcards were critical for retention of topics and the Study schedule was catalyst is making me accomplish my targets.
Overall happy for all features offered but for the standard of questions.
