“I was looking for a new sleep system, and had settled on a lightweight Rab and Thermarest setup. Then, I read about a 'cottage company' and, after reading the specs on the UL700 down quilt, I looked online to gauge how much a similar product would cost. Couldn't find anything around the price Otimos was asking for. So, took the leap and ordered the sleep system!
First camp last weekend and, have to say, I was scorching! The quilt is extremely thin and lightweight, but packs a punch!! The straps provided kept everything in place all night, and I'm a proper tosser (🤣) in my sleep.
Well impressed and my Ascent 900 has definitely been replaced!
The mat is great. Comes with an inflation sack too, so the flextail has been put back on the shelf.
The quilt and mat were a bargain, so invested in some down boots too.
Out again for a few days over the Easter weekend in the Lakes, and this is already packed and good to go!
