“I could not get through to your customer service by phone. I made an order for 1-2 day delivery and the email coms says 3-9 days and you have not yet confirmed the delivery. I was pleased to get through and speak to Catherine just after I'd sent this message. She was very helpful and amended my order to change items I had ordered that were out of stock which I didn't realised I had done. She also explained that you close at 5.30 and this explains why I had problems getting through to customer services after office hours. Anyway very pleased with your customer services but maybe should make it clear on your website that it is only during office hours.”

“Product and price fantastic. Said new customer gets next day delivery.... no you don't. I waited a while. Other than that I'm over the moon with my Snugpak Elite 4 sleeping bag. Very happy.”

“Easy to order. I had to wait quite a while for delivery as the stock wasn't available when I placed my order. However I was kept up to date with the delivery timescale so I was kept informed which was very helpful.”

“My purchase was a Christmas present for my son which I had left rather late. During the online purchase process there was quite a wide range of estimated days to delivery. I took a chance and ordered. Only late in the purchase process did I become aware that the item might not be in stock and might have to be ordered in. All was well in the end but I would have preferred "not currently in stock, will supply but could take x no of days". Otherwise great price and good contact after my order - spoke on the phone to a real and helpful person. I will be happy to use them again.”

“I bought these for my son, his choice. He is really pleased by the lightness dryness and versatility if the boots. It would definitely be a repeated request!!!! The only problem experienced was when I put the wrong delivery address in the request bos! I changed this by email which you acknowledged and unfortunately the boots came to me instead of my son. I then had to repost the boots. However they were very happily received in the end with much added costs Thank you”

“I ordered some new boots at a very good price, they are due to be delivered tomorrow 17 June. I ordered them on June 6. I was told delivery within 4-9 working days excluding the day I ordered them which would be June 17. So received within the time range. I had thought they might take awhile and ordered in advance as I need them by the 29 Ju”
