“The jack wolkskin ladies winter jacket I purchased was £80.00 cheaper than Cotswold. “Brilliant”. The only drawback was it never informed me it was out of stock when I placed the order?????. 2 weeks b4 it arrived”

“Really happy with my product, I did receive someone else's order included with mine. As I am an honest person I did notify the company so that the person missing their order wouldn't go without. I then had to post the item back to the company in my own time. Not that I do expect anything in return but would have been a nice gesture to maybe receive a freebie everyone loves a freebie after all. But other than that great service and great product.”

“Lovely boots, warm , fairly waterproof , easy to clean by walking through puddles or the sea. Definitely needed a size up from my usual size. Unfortunately arrived a day late, hence couldn't use them for a muddy wet weekend away”

“If I could give 4 & 3/4’s I would as my only niggle was having to pay to return my first purchase and the hassle of having to find a printer for the return note… Small scale stuff though… Both purchases arrived timely and well packaged (trackable too which was handy)… Customer service both via email and phone was brilliant… Cannot grumble with the price and range of products available is brilliant… I haven’t had chance to wear the jacket yet so time will tell on how it holds up but that would be down to the brand rather than outdoorgb anyway… I did get a refund for the cost of the postage on the original purchase which was good and the money was in my account really quickly… Would definitely use again…”

“I ordered a Berghaus Arrow 30 day pack. Price was pretty good. Delivery was international, and once again, the S&H costs were not exorbitant. I paid and within 2 weeks the pack was in my hands. Excellent service. Would definitely buy from Outdoor GB again. (BTW I never give 5* to anyone- because no matter how good the service, it can always be better!).”

“This was my first tone ordering from Outdoor GB. Placing the order was straight forward and the order sas dispatched quickly. Unfortunately when it arrived, the shoes inside the box were a different size to the ones the box was for. However, I emailed OutdoorGB and got very speedy reply with instructions on how to return the order, as well as a prepaid returns label to print off. Once returned, the correct replacement was sent extremely quickly (all in all only about a week from the original order going in). I am very happy with the service I received and the only thing stopping me giving a five star rating is the initial problem with the order. Would definitely use them again.”
