“Order placed Sunday evening, From the tracking number OutdoorGB gave me I can see that Royal mail received the package Tuesday morning, before delivering it on Wednesday. The Berghaus overtrousers I ordered were cheaper from them than anywhere else. All good.”

“The Bergaus men's walking boots were on offer at a great price. The delivery was a bit slow, but when the boots arrived they were great. The boots fit perfectly size 8. I have done an 8, 9, and 13-mile walk in them. Walked up Snowdon at the end of May, and they were brilliant.”

“Price was right, and very pleased with the purchase itself. However standard delivery took a week instead of the 2-3 days indicated on the website. Ordered Wednesday evening, Royal Mail didn’t receive the item until the following Monday, with delivery estimated for that Wednesday.”
