“Ordered some Scarpa trail shoes but the the sizing was a little off so had to post back and exchange. Firstly, initial delivery was super fast but the exchange process was simple with free 48hr tracked return and I received my new shoes by 24hr tracked only 3 days later..will definitely be using them again.”

“I ordered a pair of Berghaus trousers, which when they arrived where a little tight. Sending them back for a bigger size was hassle free. Used the same bag they arrived in and the user friendly guide on there website. Will definitely be buying fro. Outdoor GB again.”
