“I usually shop at Amazon but I Googled other supliers for this jacket and found OutdoorGB. Your price was £30 less and jacket arrived in a couple of days. It's a genuine Berghaus and I'm delighted with it. Thank you.”

“Customer service was exceptional. I needed to exchange shoes for another size. The colour I wanted was not available in that size but the sales assistant informed me of my other options. They sent me the returns lable and the form and step by step instructions on how to post the original shoes back (which I didn't need but I can appreciate the extra care and attention to detail). The new shoes were sent out promptly and communication was forthcoming and clear. Jersey and Polina were so helpful.”
