Eventually I was given the couriers direct number (Securispeed) and when I called they said a driver had tried to deliver two weeks after the order date but never phoned, there was no contact to know they were attempting delivery or no contact to rearrange due to a failed delivery.”
“I ordered two batches of the same beautiful cladding boards during a cladding project. The first time they arrived, one was warped and not straight enough for us to use. The second time we ordered they all arrived with top and bottom cut at a slight angle. This meant I could not fit on the day they arrived but had to have them taken off and cut as straight as I expected them to be delivered. Costing extra time and money. Despite ordering redundancy, the problem has also resulted in being left one short which I will now have to order with additional delivery charge”
