“Hi I found the service from Roccia excellent . There is always tree or four people who ask if they can help you when you go in . Ishy was really helpful I choosing tiles , giving ideas bringing us coffee and with a queries on the phone . Arif also was extremely helpful in buying a mirror he like Ishy went above and beyond printing off details so we could have the wire located in advance for the electrician . It was delivered quickly and well boxed . I would wholeheartedly recommend them as the range of tiles is superb . What I liked best was all the bathroom layouts that showed me what the bathroom would look like when finished . The excellent service from all the staff we dealt with made it a very good experience. Special Thankyou to Ishy and Arif . .”

“What a fantastic choice of tiles Roccia have, all colours and styles. No pushy sales staff, you can browse at your leisure. There are great bargains to be had too. Our salesman Maz was very helpful and very polite, he even helped us to choose the right colour of grout to suit the tiles. I would highly recommend Roccia to anyone.”

“This is the second bathroom and cloakroom I have purchased from Roccia. From the outset, they have been a pleasure to deal with. From walking through their door and into the fabulous showroom, you are met with courteous and helpful people. You can be left to browse on your own or staff are readily available to help and offer you the benefit of their extensive knowledge - this includes both bathrooms and tiles alike. They offer many years of expertise and this is reflected in their product knowledge. There are prices to suit everyone's budget together with an outlet area. I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent company.”

“We have had excellent customer service from the first visit to the showroom to complete completion. Every member of the Roccia team goes above and beyond to meet our requirements. Nothing is too much trouble. Daniel has been fantastic.. he has given us valuable advice and super customer service and nothing is too much trouble for him. Mike has also given us super customer service and there to help with our requests. Pete the fitter has been a pleasure too.. always smiling and there to help.”

“Ordered a silver doorway strip online. Price including postage was competitive. Unfortunately the wrong item was delivered. However, following a quick email to the company the correct part was sent out without any fuss. Would certainly order from ROCCIA again.”

“Roccia Preston outlet - we visited the lovely showroom and were supported by Ishy who was very knowledgable and helpful. He was able to advise us and helped us select the tile we wanted. Great customer service and free coffee too. We will be going back to explore their range of gorgeous mosaic tiles.”
