“I just want to explain my score as my experience with Roccia has not been the best. When you pay a premium price I did expect a little more. The first delivery I personally had to hire a van to come and collect my tiles as the HGV was not able to get under a bridge near my address. Even though there is an alternative route suitable. But was told it would take a week to redeliver. The top tile was cracked upon collection which I was told by the warehouse to just take as it might be useful. But I have paid for full tiles. Not broken tiles. To which seemed an inconvenience convenience to reorder this broken tile with them. Several weeks passed and to no surprise at this point the wrong tile turned up. The finish of the tile was gloss when we had ordered Matte. To further the embarrassment several more weeks passed and a delivery driver turned up at my door with a broken tile. I had to call several time a week to get updates on this issue. I think I recall 4 or 5 times I was promised a call back, I never received a call back. You have some great people working for the company but my overall experience was poor. I know you were keen to leave a google review which I unfortunately won’t be leaving the best due to my experience We have a big project which I wanted to get the tiled floor with you guys but unfortunately I am now going to take my business else where for this.”
