“Michael, Thank you for the excellent service, and a great holiday, I’m so glad I finally gave it a go! A campervan holiday is something that I have wanted to do for some years and I have always put off. However this year at short notice I decided to go for it and Out There Campers managed to squeeze my booking in with some minor tweaks even though I was looking for a non standard duration and start date. We had the smaller van for the first weekend and then swapped over to the motor home for the following week, and to be honest it was the best arrangement as I managed to experience both van styles (although I’m still unsure which one I preferred). Both the vans were very well equipped and we needed absolutely nothing except the food that we ate and the clothes that we wore. Michael was superb in explaing everything to us non campers, and only a phone call away if needed will definitely be camper-vaning again and I will not look past Out there Campers the next time.”

“Thank you so much for our recent campervan adventure! We - me, Aaron, Aila (5) and Lexi (2) had so much fun travelling on the Isle of Skye. We were so impressed with your organisation and regular communication in the run-up to our trip and then when we saw our campervan we were beyond impressed! What an incredible fit-out, the van was so well organised and everything we could need was there (including a cafetiere for coffee - brilliant!) Our kids absolutely loved the van and couldn’t wait to get their bed made in the pop-up roof every night. In fact, it has been a struggle to get them to sleep in a normal bed since the trip. We were blessed with beautiful weather during our trip too which made it even more perfect for me to show off my homeland to my Australian hubby and kids. At the end of the trip Aila said she wanted to stay in the campervan for another 6 weeks….if only!! Thanks so much for everything, it was great to meet you and Roly was so lovely when we dropped the van off - we have been recommending you to everyone!”

“Just a note to say what a fabulous time we had in the Highlander, and how well looked after we felt both by you and Roly. Nothing was ever too much trouble and your enthusiasm is infectious. We toured around the NW coast from Applecross upto Durness and beyond, spending nights in spectacular isolation and walking beautiful deserted beaches. We even swam! We’ll be back!”

“The High Kick Campervan recently proved the perfect vehicle choice for me to take to the Highland roads for my coastal art project , where I had to be in different locations every day bright and early, ready to set up and lead art workshops in schools in the most remote locations. Being able to park up wherever I found a convenient spot was wonderful and the bonus was waking up in the mornings and being able to make a cup of coffee while taking in stunning views all around in great comfort. I would recommend the company and their vans to anyone, I certainly hope to use them again.”

“Just wanted to drop you a line to say how much fun we had on our 4 day holiday in the Big Kicks cruiser! It was one of the best holidays we've ever had, kids had a ball (including the two 30 year old big kids too!)”

“My husband and I and our 2 dogs had a wonderful time in one of the Outthere campervans, we had 4 nights but it felt like longer, the bed in the cabin was very comfortable and cosy. We explored some beautiful and remote parts of Sutherland and camped by a different beach each night. For anyone going that way we highly recommend walking to Sandwood Bay.”

“The van was well equipped and very clean. The staff were very friendly taking us round the van and demonstrated the equipment. They briefed us well on what to do with punctures etc so it was all clear and took the pressure off. They provided small things to make it go easier such as tea towels. This was our first trip and we would definitely use Out there again (they were verbally recommended to us). One tip is to take out insurance for deposits as this was recommended to us, we used Questor which was inexpensive and provided piece of mind in driving a large vehicle in confined campsite spaces.”

“A great 4 nights away in April 2013 for our girls first campervan adventure. From booking to picking up, to on the road and the saddest part, dropping it off the service and van was perfect. Thanks to all the team at OutThere Campervans for making it easy. We'll be back.”

“Michael was very helpful right from start to finish, even when we changed our plans slightly, nothing was too much trouble. The van was spotlessly clean when we picked it up and lots of nice touches like tea, coffee and sugar, salt and pepper to get us started. We chose the littlest van deliberately as we wanted something manouverable but we were really surprised how much space there was especially considering we are both about 6ft tall. Would definitely recommend.”

“From the outset Michael and his team were great, so easy to get on with. We only had a short break in the local area but had such a good time. The main reason for hiring was to explore options for a future purchase and we managed to answer lots of questions; we will be back for 'further investigations'! We have 2 very grown up boys, now closer to adults than children. The motorhome we hired, the Big Kicks, was limited in a couple of areas such as all sitting down to meals and board games. However there was plenty of space for sleeping of 4 adults, the van would be suited to a young family of 6 but not 6 adults. As virgin motorhomers we learnt a lot and have met a very nice company along the way; would recommend in a heartbeat.”

“I had hired from Outthere Campers in June 2013 when I was looking at attending Glastonbury Festival in the South of England, the service and communication was swift, uncomplicated, friendly and the quality of the hire vehicle was exceptional. The staff at Outthere Campers have an edge, a great outdoor knowledge, they understand peoples requirements and this makes a difference. I have already booked again for this year on my return from Malaysia and look forward to dealing with them once again. “The vehicles and customer service that Michael from OutThere Camper Vans provides are excellent, this is the third time (always in winter) that we've rented a van from him and we'd never look to any other company in the Highlands. They're always well specced, clean and tidy and have everything you need for your time away, I'd highly recommend using them if you're looking for a fun and comfortable way to get around. Get outThere and take a look at nature from the comfort of a campervan! Andy”
