“The online store of OVEDS was easy to to order and their prices are a lot cheaper than the other stores I viewed. After placing the order a reply came back very quickly stating it was processed. In the email reply it gave clear instructions for pick up to a arrange time. Would highly recommend.”

“I do not recommend Oveds Horse and Pet Store at all! Have paid for items over 3 weeks ago, still have not received one of them and they have completely ignored all my emails & phone calls to find out what is going on with it. They offer items saying they are available and you pay for them, only for the items not being available! They take your money and ghost you! They don't even offer refunds on items you pay for that they do not have! This place is TERRIBLE to do business with! Be warned! They need reporting to Australian Comsumer Affairs & the Ombudsman for their dodgy dealings! DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all! Save your money and buy elsewhere, these people DO NOT CARE about their customers at all, they just want your money! They trick you into thinking you're getting a good deal but believe me, you are not!”
