“I do not recommend Oveds Horse and Pet Store at all! Have paid for items over 3 weeks ago, still have not received one of them and they have completely ignored all my emails & phone calls to find out what is going on with it. They offer items saying they are available and you pay for them, only for the items not being available! They take your money and ghost you! They don't even offer refunds on items you pay for that they do not have! This place is TERRIBLE to do business with! Be warned! They need reporting to Australian Comsumer Affairs & the Ombudsman for their dodgy dealings! DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all! Save your money and buy elsewhere, these people DO NOT CARE about their customers at all, they just want your money! They trick you into thinking you're getting a good deal but believe me, you are not!”

“Very disappointing- ordered paid for a herbicide and was sent and when received is over 2 years since dom Which would be flagged by a LPA audit Waiting for replacement ? Happy to revise review when sorted out”

“Ordered vaccination on a Monday for express shipping which included insulated box and cold pack. Received notification on Tuesday it was shipped. Waited at home on Wednesday so I could unpack and put in refrigerator. Arrived just after 9am and the cold pack was barely cold along with the vaccination. We live in qld in summer....1 tiny cold pack is not enough especially when paying so much for postage”

“Nothing worse than paying $15 postage for a small package then waiting, at this stage, 17 days and still don't have my order. Don't charge for fast postage then send it snail mail. Tracking says it's still hasn't left Queensland and I'm in WA.”

Hi Darren, We are sorry to see that your shipment has been delayed. You paid for Auspost standard shipping (not express) and we sent the order the next day with Auspost. At this stage the shipment is with Auspost in transit to WA. Unfortunately the Shipping delay is beyond our control as this is the peak Christmas shipping period for Auspost.

“Incredibly disappointed to receive my order with short dated stock, use by in >12 months, and no mention of this on the product listing when I purchased. I would not have purchased the quantity I did, had I known of the short date in advance.”

“Hi I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Oveds. I have tried contacting through various channels to let you know that there was an item missing in our order and no response was provided. I would appreciate if someone can get in touch to issue a refund or process my order. If I don't hear back I will be writing a very honest review of my experience with Oveds.”

“I looked hard to find the original formulation of PAW Osteocare Chews. I thought I found it as per picture shown on the website so I placed my order. I received the new formulation.
