“The product was as expected, but the time it took to arrive was rediculous. We are hand raising 9 puppies and desparately needed the milk powder delivery to be prompt. Which is why I chose a company not far from us. Luckily we managed to get some milk powder elsewhere so the pups didn't suffer.”

“Although the products are good value, the warehouse procedures need improvement. For my past two orders, I have been sent Plaque Off for dogs despite the invoice clearly stating Plaque Off for cats. I was also sent the incorrect quantity last time. It meant I had to each time go to the post office to return the wrong product. They are of course most apologetic but I hope they become more efficient.”

“I don't know because I never got the parcel, supposedly delivered by ARAMEX but never found anywhere, they claim to have delivered at a time when I was home, but saw or heard noone. ARAMEX does not respond!”
