“Outstanding customer service urgently required a heating pad and opened an order online late evening. Also rang and left a message asking if the item could be urgently shipped. Item was shipped out first thing and phone call to let me know, all this during the Xmas week. Great customer service, thank you.”

“Nothing worse than paying $15 postage for a small package then waiting, at this stage, 17 days and still don't have my order. Don't charge for fast postage then send it snail mail. Tracking says it's still hasn't left Queensland and I'm in WA.”

Hi Darren, We are sorry to see that your shipment has been delayed. You paid for Auspost standard shipping (not express) and we sent the order the next day with Auspost. At this stage the shipment is with Auspost in transit to WA. Unfortunately the Shipping delay is beyond our control as this is the peak Christmas shipping period for Auspost.
