“Nothing worse than paying $15 postage for a small package then waiting, at this stage, 17 days and still don't have my order. Don't charge for fast postage then send it snail mail. Tracking says it's still hasn't left Queensland and I'm in WA.”

Hi Darren, We are sorry to see that your shipment has been delayed. You paid for Auspost standard shipping (not express) and we sent the order the next day with Auspost. At this stage the shipment is with Auspost in transit to WA. Unfortunately the Shipping delay is beyond our control as this is the peak Christmas shipping period for Auspost.

“I have used Oveds for a number of years and their service and price is always good. When ordering online I receive my order within 1-2 days. I usually order 4 cyte pellets for horses and they are the best price - I highly recommend them thxs Melinda”
