ordered a whole list of parts for a brand new PC on friday (c£1400) all items "in stock" - had an email on saturday that 1 item was short and was delaying my order - agreed a replacement item which they covered (the cost was more) all items arrived on sunday morning - cannot fault the quality of their customer service - thanks OCUK :-) THIS WAS OVER A BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND!!!
