I am trying to cancel an order that was placed on Friday 11th October 2018. The order number is:5386665 and the OC is:3487407. The invoice number is 5386665. I have repeatedly set web notes and replies have stated that the order number does not exist. I repeatedly tried to phone you but am unable to be transferred to your sales dept. I have to cancel this order as the devices that I ordered are not compatible with each other. As yet I have not received notice of shipping. I cannot even sign into my account or access your usual web page
