“I won't recommend Pacific Ghost Writing. The project manager Anna didn't even know what's scope meant. We stayed patient with delays but the 3-5 months project was delayed to 7 months then 9 months. The contractor says they will help publish the book but they stopped responding. Now, we have to figure it out ourselves. The book they authored has over 300 grammar, spelling mistakes that Amazon has refused to accept. Note, all their 5-star reviewers are the same on Facebook, manta, and other review sites. That tells those reviewers are all fake identities.”
“When I called to talk with them they would not answer my question about the price or cost of services and continued to barrage me with offers, options, and what they could add on. When I explained that I really just needed someone to write a simple book I was passed to an 'Expert' who became very short with me, and asked me "so how much can you give us today?"
When I said I still wanted to check some options, and that I wasn't ready he dismissed me and hung up on me, while I'm sure they are great at what they do, their sales team needs some serious personability skills.”
