“"I would give this book publishing company ZERO stars if I could. I faced multiple issues during the publishing process. My book was sent to Amazon and other e-book/Paperback/Hardcover retailers with no spine. I had to order author copies of my book from Amazon to prove to them that my book was indeed missing a spine. They kept telling me that the spine was there when it was not. It took weeks to get that corrected. Although I paid for my book to be edited, it was never done. I also paid for QR codes that I have not received to this day, almost two years later. When I’m solicited by them again to let them publish another book for me, I ask about my QR codes, and the conversation abruptly ends; hence, as I say to this day, after 2 years, no QR codes. This is not a company based in the US. It's a call center in India, and you will never speak with an American. My first publishing assistant, her accent was so thick, I literally could not understand her. I was placed with another male assistant and was told, “She is doing something else.” I do not recommend them."”

“Do not hire them! They promised a money-back guarantee, but it's been over 2 months of them promising to return my money and I haven't received any of my $1,500 back. They kept trying to upsell me, throw in extras, but I wanted to go with a local publisher I could meet face to face with which is why I changed my mind.
They claim to be a large legit business, but they claim they can't refund $1,500 in one time because it's so much money...ultimately it doesn't matter because they haven't returned any of my money.”
“I won't recommend Pacific Ghost Writing. The project manager Anna didn't even know what's scope meant. We stayed patient with delays but the 3-5 months project was delayed to 7 months then 9 months. The contractor says they will help publish the book but they stopped responding. Now, we have to figure it out ourselves. The book they authored has over 300 grammar, spelling mistakes that Amazon has refused to accept. Note, all their 5-star reviewers are the same on Facebook, manta, and other review sites. That tells those reviewers are all fake identities.”
“When I called to talk with them they would not answer my question about the price or cost of services and continued to barrage me with offers, options, and what they could add on. When I explained that I really just needed someone to write a simple book I was passed to an 'Expert' who became very short with me, and asked me "so how much can you give us today?"
When I said I still wanted to check some options, and that I wasn't ready he dismissed me and hung up on me, while I'm sure they are great at what they do, their sales team needs some serious personability skills.”
