I also paid for QR codes that I have not received to this day, almost two years later. When I’m solicited by them again to let them publish another book for me, I ask about my QR codes, and the conversation abruptly ends; hence, as I say to this day, after 2 years, no QR codes. This is not a company based in the US. It's a call center in India, and you will never speak with an American. My first publishing assistant, her accent was so thick, I literally could not understand her. I was placed with another male assistant and was told, “She is doing something else.” I do not recommend them."”
