“I paid for next day delivery and it took 5 working days to arrive. No refund given to me as yet. Secondly I received my order in a very bad state. No response from Packing Boxes about how they will resolve/compensate me for this.”

“Ordered moving blankets 5 weeks ago for next day delivery and nothing received. Have checked their so called tracking system and the order was dispatched 4 days after ordering. The status still hasn't changed. I have called customer service number several times, waiting for more than 30-40 mins with no answer. I have filled out 3 forms and sent emails all resulting in nothing. The only way to speak to someone is by calling the sales line and harassing the guy, who promised me someone would call back. Save your money and time and take your business elsewhere.”

“My order did not arrive and they have taken my money! I paid extra for next day delivery - but am still waiting 5 days later....NO RESPONSE from Packing Boxes despite chasing several times. Their tracking system does not even recognise my order. They do not answer the phone or reply to emails. If I could I would give zero stars.”

“Ordered loads of boxes, bubble wrap etc for next day delivery. Only 2 wardrobe boxes turned up WITHOUT RAILS!! Phoned, got an apology but they couldn't guarantee timing of next delivery so had to cancel. No confirmation received despite promise, await with bated breath to see if I get refund, also I confirmed this shambles in email, no response!”

You reviewed Packingboxes Add photo Benjamin Lewis 2 reviews 1 star: Bad Just now WORST "FAKE" COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH . AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!! Makes me fuming that I even have to give them 1 star !! Originally ordered a 160L storage tub on 21st April and paid £7 !! for "express" delivery . 2 weeks later it still hadn't arrived !! Tried calling ... customer service do not EVER pick up their phone !! So had to call sales . They told us it had been delivered and signed for on 29th April .. clearly not as i wouldn't be calling otherwise !! Told us another box would be sent out and be with us in 48 hours ... another 2 weeks later ..STILL NOTHING !! Was told again another box would be sent out and be with us next day and our £7 delivery fee would be refunded ... ANOTHER 4 DAYS LATER AND STILL NOTHING !! No box .. no refund !!! AT THIS POINT I WANT TO KILL SOMEONE !! Called again and said u know what just give me my money back ... oh but it has to go through accounts first in a different building so I STILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR THAT !! AND apparently the 2nd box didnt even exist and someone just lied about sending it !! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY / FAKE COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH !!! DISGRACEFUL . AM GOING TO TRADING STANDARDS ABOUT THEM !!!”

“Absolute rubbish, don’t use this company, they promise complete box packages but don’t deliver. Three times I rang to complain that the order wasn’t complete, three times it was wrong, they are incompetent and unprofessional, I wouldn’t give them 1 star but it doesn’t give to option to give zero!,”

“Ordered 3 sets of packing boxes. One arrived on time, the other 2 arrived a month too late so ended up buying more boxes to complete the job! The communication was appalling, tried calling, emailing, online chat but had no assistance at all and no replies to emails which was extremely frustrating. No apologies, no money back, nothing! Very unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this company and if I could give it a minus rating I would!”

“I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping. The wrong items was sent and arrived later than my promised timeline. I tried to email, fill out their contact form and call them and the service was non-existent. It is too late to be blaming reduced operations due to Covid. No one responded. Terrible terrible service. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I am still waiting for my promised refund...”

“They are a disgrace to work with! I ordered 10 plastic packing boxes on 02/05/2020. my order arrived on 06/05/2020 with 3 of the boxes broken. I called on 06/05/2020 & held on for 21 minutes but no answer. I then emailed them to say I had a problem & got a reply to say I needed to take photos as proof. I emailed the photos on the same day. I heard nothing back. I sent another email on 11/05/2020 and still no reply beside an auto generated number - not much good if you don't get any help!!! I have called twice today 10/08/2020 but no joy in getting to speak to someone. The auto call system tell you to press zero to leave a message - next joke!! They just hang up on you! It is a disgrace that they take your money VERY quickly but after 3 months I still haven't have the issue sorted! They shouldn't be allowed to trade!! If I could, they would get NO stars on the rating scale! My advice to anyone thinking of using packingboxes.co.uk is DON'T!!!!!”

“Awful company who ignore you and purposely avoid your calls if they know your order has an issue, but when you call off a different line they will answer. Had to get assistance from trading standards in order to get a legal letter composed in order to get a refund on an order not received. Worst experience with a company ever, please avoid and do yourself a favour.”

“Total shambles of a business. I ordered boxes from their company on the Sunday thinking they'd turn up on Tuesday ready for my move on the Friday. It's now the following Monday and I've just had a message from the courier saying the are turning up today. I've cancelled the order twice, been on hold for countless hours and sent a million emails chasing everything up. Not a single response. Don't go anywhere near these people.”

“Ordered moving boxes, tape and bubble wrap. Order did come next day delivery but wrong size bubble wrap. Boxes flimsy. Have tried to call firm and email but no answer or response. I know we are in lockdown but l still have better things to do than hang on to a telephone. Should have read these reviews first and would not have ordered . Do not use this company !!!!!”

“If I could have given 0 stars I would have. DISGRACE! Ordered a single box on 28th Feb and after multiple attempts to contact the company I have heard absolutely nothing back and have been forced to buy elsewhere from a company that will be delivering tomorrow! DO NOT use this site.”
