"They are a disgrace to work with!\nI ordered 10 plastic packing boxes on 02\/05\/2020. my order arrived on 06\/05\/2020 with 3 of the boxes broken. I called on 06\/05\/2020 & held on for 21 minutes but no answer. I then emailed them to say I had a problem & got a reply to say I needed to take photos as proof. I emailed the photos on the same day. I heard nothing back. I sent another email on 11\/05\/2020 and still no reply beside an auto generated number - not much good if you don't get any help!!! I have called twice today 10\/08\/2020 but no joy in getting to speak to someone. The auto call system tell you to press zero to leave a message - next joke!! They just hang up on you! It is a disgrace that they take your money VERY quickly but after 3 months I still haven't have the issue sorted! They shouldn't be allowed to trade!!\nIf I could, they would get NO stars on the rating scale! \nMy advice to anyone thinking of using packingboxes.co.uk is DON'T!!!!!"
