“ Worst ever delivery service. A total scam. They never deliver. The driver sits in his car, takes a picture saying he was there, then drives away without even getting out of the car to attempt to deliver. This has happened to me for 3 days in a row. Absolutely ridiculous because you can’t even contact support. There’s no customer service. Shameful they operate with DPD. Shame on DPD, hope Packlink shuts down. ”

Dunno), then-if you bleat really, really hard-they may offer you a "goodwill" refund on the proviso you won't get another no matter how many of your items they destroy in the future, like they're doing you a favour. ”

After 30 days, I asked for a refund and suddenly they claim that they have a dispute with the carrier, which has been going on for two months now. They also stopped replying to emails. No parcel and no refund. I advise you to avoid!!! ”
