“Excellent customer service. I ordered a wetsuit for my husband who is sometimes a large and other times an XL. The large i ordered was a smidge too tight so i contacted Paddle and surf to explain my predicament and the lady i spoke to sent out an XL straight away plus a free returns label. The XL fitted perfectly so returned the large using the enclosed label. I couldn't ask for better customer service and will definitely go to Paddle and Surf first for any future purchases. 10/10”
“The T-Shirt/rash vest looked lovely, however the shirt neck is so small that it looks like a sleeve. They're is no way will it fit over my son's head despite is buying a size bigger ready for our holiday. We are very disappointed.”

The service was initially good but when I asked for help in finding the right size no-one got back to me.”

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear the wetsuit didn't fit and that no one got back to you about sizing - our customer service team will reply to all emails and messages that come through so I'm not sure why yours was missed.
