“I received an email notification of 48 hours of delivery on Tuesday. The item was delivered on Saturday when I was already on holiday and had to buy the same item while on holiday. Not happy with the delivery. I cannot review the item because I could not try to item obviously.”

I'm very sorry to hear there was an issue with your delivery and the gloves were delivered after you had left for your holiday.
Unfortunately, Royal Mail are experiencing some delays in their network at the moment due to staff shortages, sickness and bad weather. We only became aware of this on Monday so were unable to change the delivery service of the parcels that had already left us - including yours.
