All Legacy kayaks have a lifetime warranty on the integrity of the plastic hull. Fixtures and fittings have a one-year warranty.

The service was initially good but when I asked for help in finding the right size no-one got back to me.”

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear the wetsuit didn't fit and that no one got back to you about sizing - our customer service team will reply to all emails and messages that come through so I'm not sure why yours was missed.

“Unfortunately, I didn't receive a confirmation email of my order but as I had paid via PayPal I felt that if the order didn't turn up at least I had recourse. The order did turn up and when I spoke to the team about the instructions not only were they super friendly but were able to answer my questions straight away. Would definitely use them again.”
“The service from paddle and surf was excellent, only marred by their choice of carrier. Royal Mail left the package ‘safe’ behind a bin but didn’t leave a card to say that’s what they’d done. Only discovered it by chance 5 days later when I wondered why I hadn’t heard anything and discovered the tracking said delivered”

“We are really delighted with our Legacy Kayak's and all the accessories. When we placed the order it was not clear that delivery was not possible to our location. It was somewhat alarming to see the receipt say "collection only" when we live on Skye and the company is based in Cornwall. However, when we contacted the team they could not have been more helpful in sorting out a delivery method that worked for us. The products arrived when we expected and were well packed for the 650 mile journey North. In a general plea to retailers, could you please stop considering Skye an island! Yes,it is an island but has been connected to the mainland by a toll-free bridge for two decades. It is ridiculous that I had to arrange delivery to a relative over the bridge to avoid an additional £50 charge. Paying £150 for delivery was bad enough! I'm now looking forward to enjoying the Kayaks all summer.”

I can completely understand your frustration regarding the delivery options and Skye being classed as an island. Unfortunately, the price and terms of delivery are determined by the couriers and, with items as large as kayaks, we're very limited by the couriers available - there is currently only 1 company that will deliver kayaks nationwide.
Despite this initial issue, we hope you enjoy a summer full of exploring in your kayaks!
