The service from paddle and surf was excellent, only marred by their choice of carrier. Royal Mail left the package ‘safe’ behind a bin but didn’t leave a card to say that’s what they’d done. Only discovered it by chance 5 days later when I wondered why I hadn’t heard anything and discovered the tracking said delivered
