Unfortunately, I didn't receive a confirmation email of my order but as I had paid via PayPal I felt that if the order didn't turn up at least I had recourse. The order did turn up and when I spoke to the team about the instructions not only were they super friendly but were able to answer my questions straight away. Would definitely use them again.
