“After deliberating for weeks on what first SUP to buy and lots of research online, I called Paddle and Surf for some advice and thoughts. Sophie was extremely helpful and instrumental in helping me pretty much reach a decision and make a purchase during the time we spoke.
Ordered my Jobe Duna online and it arrived 24 hours later. A seamless online process to purchase but with the bonus of genuinely helpful staff. Sophie reminded me to make sure I registered for the additional 12 month warranty.
Always difficult to write a review on a new purchase as sometimes customer service is only really tested when things go wrong. However I feel confident Paddle and Surf would not fall short here either.
Highly recommend and will undoubtedly use again based on experience so far.”

“Placed 2 separate orders over the last month and both arrived ahead of time. I had to contact customer service about a question and they were fantastic, listening to me and then providing the answer in a very positive way. Thoroughly recommend.”
“Sadly the items never made it to me as DPD failed 3 times to deliver it despite clear instructions on where to leave it which were followed by multiple other delivery companies the same week. However the company very quickly got in touch and resolved the issue with an alternative courier. Overall the customer service was excellent .”

“Mike our instructor was very friendly, had good humour and kids were at ease with him. Great wee tidal pool, great size and kids were safe. Equipment was good and had enjoyable day. The view and drive there was an added bonus with the scenery. Will do it again for sure!”
