“Bought a Dawes racing bike in Newcastle & Paisley delivered it (undamaged) the next day 👏🏻👏🏻 Far cheaper than collecting it myself from the Isle of Wight. They also dropped off the packaging several days prior to collecting the bike, giving the seller time to dismantle & wrap it. Highly recommended.”

“I wouldn't even give a star! The item I sent via this company is still missing and they just don't care!!! Nobody answering the calls neither responding to emails! Left to sort the things out by myself! Just takes the money and disappears!”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!! I and my company had used this service many times without an issue until there was , I sent my own carbon fibre mountain bike with them and it was damaged in transit . You could clearly see where the bike specific transit box had been damaged , I had taken many pics when I packed it , the frame and all parts were individually wrapped in bubble wrap before boxing and they dismissed my fully insured claim because they claimed I hadnt packed it well enough . This was an outrageous lie but I had no recourse . I have no doubt this was there default position , AVOID AT ALL COSTS .. £1800 out of pocket disgusting all these ever do is reply with a generic message which is as empty as pointless as there insurance”

“Due to corona I had to make a bike box up instead of getting one from halfords I was charged an extra £25 so £50 in total to post a kids bike, I complained and basically they said hard luck. I post approx 50 bikes a year but will only use trusted couriers,Thanks for nothing paisley freight”

All shipments are subject to volumetric checks throughout the delivery process and your box was over the maximum dimension and therefore additional charges occurred. We do not advise building your own boxes and using a structured box. In the future, if you cannot get Halfords you can purchase packaging on our website. Thank you, Paisley Freight

“Brilliant service, I will use you again. I was trying to find a courier that would transport skis and struggling because of length restrictions. Somebody suggested I look for a local firm and that was perfect advice. Paisley Freight picked up the skis from the south of England no problem and delivered them to Edinburgh the next day. Super efficient, online tracking, safe delivery. The good thing is that when I called to check about the length, I got straight through to a real person who was very helpful. Price was very competitive - I am a happy customer!”

“Very poor experience. Held my item as they said it was over size, I disputed this. Wouldn’t send or return my item until I paid a disproportionate fee. Basically conned me. Do not use!”
