“They are really abusive ....they are liers.. I have sent 98 kg cargo with them in 27 of march but he still not delivered...I m really disappointed n afraid because there were my precious gifts for my loved ones...m in a great tension due to these people ..”

“THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES! I SENT CARGO BY AIR JANUARY 3RD I PAID OVER £500 JUST FOR SHIPPING AS THEY PROMISED THEY WILL DELIVER BY AIR IN 2/3WEEKS THEY DIDNT IT IS NOW MAY 30TH THEY KEEP TELLING ME TUESDAY/SATURDAY I JUST FINISHED A PHONE CALL THE ASSHOLE ON THE END OF THE LINE IS THIEF AND A LIAR WHOM KEEPS TAUNTING AND SPEAKING OVER ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO SAY, THEY WONT REFUND ME OR DELIVER THE ITEMS I HAVE SENT, GUESS WHAT HE TOLD ME? “Been 4 months, haven't received my suitcase, Been calling and emailing them too. No response. I regret using this company. PLEASE save yourself the anxiety and look for a better cargo company”

“DO NOT TRUST THEM. They are operating under another company named called UK2PK. If you call on their helpline (00441413437770), they will have the exact same music as the one on Pakistan Cargo 4U. If you go on the website (https://www.uk2pkcargo.co.uk/) you will notice a similar layout of the webpage and the text written on the website is pretty much the same. To my surprise, as I researched them further, I found a Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/UK2PK/) that sells clothes and of babies and some adult clothes and now I am thinking what if they probably steal their customers' belongings and then sell them on other pages? I am not sure if this is the case but at this point I would not be surprised if this is the kind of scams they are doing with their customers. Every time I call on Pakistan Cargo 4U's helpline, they say my cargo will arrive this week, on the weekend, next week etc. but it has been almost fifteen weeks and there is still no sign of my shipment. My cargo was picked up from London on November 2nd, 2022 and it is now February 13th, 2023 and the excuse they give me when I call is that the shipment is stuck in customs. Hassan changes his statements every few days and sometimes he says the shipment is cleared, when I call the following week he says the shipment is still not cleared. They themselves don't know what is going on within the company. PLEASE REPORT THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS, UK. THEY ARE FRAUDS.”

“Disgraceful i am soo annoyed with myself for not reading the reviews. I totally agree with all the negative reviews as i am going through the exact situation pleaseeee avoid at alll costsss. I thought it was just me that they were giving these excuses too but the same excuse the same thing is being said to majority of the people. Hassan is very rude and has been lying to me since the 8th week of me sending the cargo its been 15 weeks still not received anything.”

“I regret booking through this company so much. I wish I had read reviews before booking them. My order was picked up from the UK on November 2nd, 2022 and it is now January 24, 2023 and I have yet to receive my belongings. Their customer service is even worse as they barely pick up calls on the helpline number provided. Whenever they do decide to pick up, they keep saying that to check again in another 7-10 days and this has been going on since December. I was promised that my delivery will take up to 6-8 weeks, however we are now at 12 weeks. I am 9 months pregnant and my entire baby shopping is in those suit cases and I have no idea how to proceed with this situation. Disappointment beyond words. To sum it up, pathetic service.”

“They have pathetic serviceI. I handed over my parcel to pak cargo around 25 days ago. They are providing totally wrong information as they said they will deliver the parcel within two week but even after 25 day our parcel is still on hold. We call 4 days ago to figure out where is our parcel. They have informed us that your parcle will be delivered tomorrow on given address. Even after 4 days my sister didn’t receive the parcel. I called today and they said it is still on hold. They charged us for air-cargo and guaranteed delivery in two weeks which all is misguidance. I will never recommend their service on top of that they have charge handling charges which is pethetic.wrong information, extra charges, lies Authentic service never do this. So guys plz investigate before you go for their services. Thanks”

“I sent my cargo with this company on 23rd September 2022. It's 21st January 2023, I am still waiting for my cargo. The company did not been respond to my phone calls,or email. When I finally got hold of them, they told me the cargo will be delivered in 2 days..its nearly 4 months now. I then googled the Company and read the reviews, I will not recommend this company to any one, as,they are unorganised and have zero customer service ethics.”

“I sent my parcel on 6/10/22 and am still waiting for the parcel to be delivered. I was told it would be delivered in7/8 wks In early December they said next week afew times and now nobody picks the phone or responds to any emails. or messages. Is the company still functioning or has it dissolved. Very Very Disappointed Mrs Butt ( Sutton)”

“Hassan is very rude, condescending. Worst company ever!!! Do not send. I made the stupid choice to send and am now paying the price. Wish I researched beforehand. Every week for 2 months I’ve been told it will arrive next week next week next week but this next week never ever comes. I’m appalled at Hassans mannerisms he is rude and continuously lies and then hangs up the phone. He claims there is no manager when I asked to speak to someone higher. He claims he runs the company himself. They are a fraud and steal your stuff. I repeat do not use their service”

“I booked my air cargo on 4th December for a wedding I was attending in Pakistan on 25th December I was told I will receive my 30kg package in two weeks max which was most like in time for the wedding but when ever I called them they were saying today tomorrow and in the end they blocked my number then I received my parcel on 7th January a day before I was flying back to Uk which had most of my item was missing I’m extremely disappointed and will never use this service again plz be aware and don’t use this service save urself the hassle”

“Very very poor service my parcel was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 weeks but was actually delivered over 18 weeks later. If this isn’t bad enough, every time I phone they are extremely rude to me and it’s clear they don’t care at all about their customer. I will never use this service again and I am trying my best to alert other innocent customers.”

“Hi, I didn’t want to give even one star. AVOID THIS COMPANY‼️ THEY ARE THIEVES AND FRAUD‼️ I sent parcel through this company to Pakistan and my family over there received only 25% of the stuff I sent, 75% is missing they stole all the expensive stuff I sent. They only received less valuable things. Two large suitcases plus two large boxes are missing. They don’t answer the call. Do not be tricked by these culprits ‼️”

“Hi guys, I had very bad experience with Pakistan cargo 4u kindly do not trust them and also send your valuable items to your loves one in Pakistan. Kindly refunds our items or ready for legall necessary action against of Pakistan cargo 4u. Very bad service we are missing our lot of expincive items. They're cheating and playing with innocent people so kindly do not trust, waiste money, waiste precious time . I would like to request with everyone please avoid from cheater/ fraud Pakistan cargo 4u. We will raise our voice through social media platforms / legal action because we are suffering and we don't want another our brother or sister will be suffering so please support us and raise your voice against cheater fraud dishonest Pakistan Cargo 4u. Please do not trust and do not send your valuable items from Pakistan cargo 4u ( very disappointed with thire very bad service.”
