“Please please do not use this company they are compulsive liars and become rude when you challenge them. My sister booked her air cargo a month before she was supposed to arrive in Lahore the stuff arrived 2 days before she was due to leave and come home. They consistently lied and all the time the suitcases were still in London. I was ringing them daily and they blamed the unrest in Pakistan and said customs were holding he suitcases in Pakistan. What they didn’t know was that a very high ranking official in customs was related to us and he personally was trying to track down her cargo. They finally told the truth that it hadn’t left London on the day they shipped it but instead of sending it to Lahore which is what we paid for they sent it to Karachi. This added another 3 days as it now had to clear customs in Karachi and then be sent by train to Lahore before their agent collected it and delivered to the address. Compulsive lying all the way through and items missing from the cases. We challenged them when my sister came home but they became rude and aggressive.”

“Below is a copy of my most recent email i have sent. I have tried to contact many times, no truthful or honest reply. Very rude short reply full of lies keeps telling us arrives at port, is at the depot, will be delivered this week etc. I have had to contact trading standards and citizens advice to try to get a reply from this company. To whom It may concern, Having attempted to contact you several times by phone and email and not once receiving a truthful or honest response. I have now contacted consumer services to enquire regarding my rights as a consumer. It has been 10 weeks since our cargo was collected. I know from previous experience that it does not take this long for the shipment to arrive at its destination. Having previously received shipments in 6 & 8 weeks. All it takes is an honest answer as to the date of delivery yet you tell a different story everytime. We live in a highly technical age wherein everything is monitored and tracked and I cannot believe that you do not know where the shipment is or when it will be delivered. Your replies are rude and curt. No greeting or regards. The goods I have sent are perishable and will be of little or no value by this point therefore “The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. In my opinion, you did not use reasonable care and skill when you provided this service. In fact I have received no service at all. I want you to fix the problem and ensure delivery to me in the next 2/3 days and give me a partial refund of shipping fees paid or I will require a full refund of the entire shipment and price paid for shipping. “This is the 3rd time that I have sent my stuff from London by sea. And I highly recommend them. All my stuff was delivered intact and what really impressed me was their honesty. My son’s toy car was left behind when they came to deliver the stuff and I didn’t realize that something was missing. They came back after 3 days and apologized and delivered the car. I highly highly recommend them; you luggage is in safe hands :)”
