“Mary gave me absolutely, without doubt, the best haircut and beard trim I have had in my life. I used to frequent the Mandarin Oriental Barbershop in Hong Kong, and Mary outshone them considerably. She is truly gifted and I look forward to being a regular customer of hers. Thank you, Mary.”

“I would highly recommend Pall Mall Barbers Fitzrovia and especially Florentina. This is the 4th time Florentina has cut my hair and every time I've been delighted with how it has turned out. She spends time at the beginning to discuss exactly what I'm looking for and is really engaging throughout the hair cut ensuring I'm happy with the cut.”
