“I've paid pallet to ship . To send a pallet . The pallet is still sitting in front of me and my money stolen . They blank my calls and emails and demand more money because they went to the wrong address but say they've been . Which is entirely outside of my control . DO NOT USE! THIS COMPANY GO ELSEWHERE”

“This is my first time to use the service from this company. The experience is really bad! I have an pallet to be shipped from Germany to United Kingdom. I have place on order online on in mid Jan and completed the payment. However, the company told me there is no carrier that can provide the service at the moment and asked me to wait. After several conversation finally they told me in early Feb there is an other carrier can be used but I have to pay around 40% more of the shipping cost. I have completed the payment again and they ask them to complete several documents which provide the information I have given them already. The pallet has been collected for 2 weeks but there is no update from the company. I have to keep asking the status EVERYDAY but they cannot give me any information like where is the pallet! The service is very poor. Don't use the service from this company!”

“There are not a shipping agent. They are a broker that offer a cheap delivery, but then hit you with huge port clearance fees in conjunction with the actual shipping agent at the other end. Stay well away, unless you want to be conned.”

“I got a quote to ship a pallet to France and settled on a 2-3 working day transit time. Despite advertising this, they then sent an email that stated 1-5 working days transit time. 6 wording days have passed and the estimated delivery time has passed with no updates form the carrier. I have contacted Pallet2Ship who have not responded. In addition to this, I was unhappy with the lack of information on the website regarding weight and measurements. They charged me extra because I did not include the actual pallet itself in the dimensions. I found the tone of the email from them very harsh and not at all customer focused.”

“Wow, the worst delivery experience ever! Sent a pallet of stone geese to a customer in Yorkshire, Instead they got electrical equipment! Discovered that the geese were in Germany and told delivery would be put right quickly. Agreed refund of postage charges and passed these back to my customer. Weeks went by and at this point the customer was becoming less patient so I suggested I would make another pallet up and ship to the customer and they could send the pallet from Germany back to me. They were expecting to charge me for this at full rate so I just used another company. Original pallet sent in early July and finally declared lost on 3 September. Took until mid December to pay out when threatened with further action. Communication was all one way, if I wanted an update I had to seek it.”

“Used these guys to transport my grandfathers furniture to his new home abroad. They explained everything I needed to do to package the items on pallets and gave me a very good price. I was able to take advantage of their 5% discount offer. The service I used allowed me to track the pallets and remain up to date with the delivery. A saviour at my time of need.”

“Very good sea freight service to China. I was very impressed by Pallet2ship. I had a large number of pallets returning to my supplier in China, I was surprised to get a quotation so quickly. One of the guys there dealt with my order and offered an outstanding service. Goods were delivered in perfect condition and they've helped with the local customs. Definitely recommended...”
