Poor customer service, paid for shipping insurance $111 and $75 for over size shipping. The shipping package looked like a child put it together. Parts were falling out of the package as it was removed from the truck. Now Titan equipment will not replace the missing parts.

Can't speak for the quality of the product because the customer service is so terrible. Think twice about saving a few bucks - you will more than pay for it if you need help from this company.

The price of the item changed when I put the item in my basket. Not only was the price $400 more, it applied 10% discount and the original price went up. Bait and switch? Customer service explained it was just that the sale had ended. Nope! All the original and sale price amounts were different. Definitely not an American company unless all of their employees are recent immigrants from India.

Flail mower broke 2nd use mowing short grass. 10 weeks now since filing warranty claim, company no longer responds to emails.

When I placed my order I was overcharged from what the website showed for my order. Angelo was able to correct the overcharge, but it did take a few back and forth emails to take care of it, which should have been only one exchange.

I contacted them about having a fee removed. They responded quickly, took action and issued a credit in one day. The lady that helped was Justine Bautista (Titan Attachments)

They offer quality products and affordable price. The address uncontrollable circumstances and the professional and probably matter. I would highly recommend them. They also deliver good customer service that you sold and get these days.

Great Service here - I ordered the part and it came in just a few days, but I ordered the wrong part. Ugh... So I contacted their support folks, and Marj Gregorio quickly helped me process a return and reorder of the right attachment. Awesome. That's why we don't buy from Amazon...No humans there to help you out. Thanks Marj!

We ordered an adapter plate that we had some issues with. Marj responded to my review with great speed and detail. Her customer service was fantastic as she helped us resolve the issue. Titan Attachments is still a quality place to work with!

Justine Bautista was very polite , professional ,Caring and helpful with every question I had about my order and delivery of the products I had ordered. You could tell by the way she treated me her customer that she takes pride in doing her job very well and gives the utmost respect to her customers. This is something very rare in this day and time. Titan should be very proud to have her as an employee. My family and myself wish her the very best in her career with Titan
