“Not happy at all, if you have a laptop with a width of 12" (MacBook 2020) not not buy the 13" case. Your laptop will not fit well at all (extremely hard to push and pull out of the case), because once you take into account the stitching on either side it become 12" 1/8 laptop sleeve. The personalised initials were wonky as well. Would definitely want a refund how ever you cannot return personalised items. The only thing good about it is the leather quality.”

Hi Thomas I'm sorry to see this, and only find the review now. Please email in a photo to customer.services@pampeano.com and we will gladly rectify the issue. If we have made a mistake - eg wonky lettering - then you should not have to suffer the poor lettering. We may also be able to just upgrade the size for you too. Thanks Matt

“I recently ordered some dog collars. I ordered a couple- when I came to return them I then had a very bad experience with their customer service team. I contacted them on the 14th day - but was told they would not give me a refund- only a credit note. Would not order again”

Pampeano Customer Service Team received contact from you yesterday, 15 days after your order had been received for 6 items with a total value of £272, you advised that you needed to return part of the order and could we let you know the process. Our Customer Service Team responded to you within 10 mins of receiving your email to advise we offer a refund if items are returned / received back within 14 days in an unworn / unused saleable condition, outside of this time frame we can offer you an exchange or credit note. We also subsequently referred you to a link on our website where our t&c's can be found.
