Have called multiple times, have emailed proof,called again, non stop chasing these people to get things sorted, eventually got an email stating free replacement will be shipped out via express delivery, they just needed my confirmation.

Appalling service returned an item with the Royal Mail tracked delivery and yet despite tracking showing delivered by Southampton delivery office and proof of postage they refuse to refund it absolute scammers - untrustworthy - don’t trust this company

Why I am expected to chase their supplier? If they had any decent customer service they would be in contact with the people they shipped the parcel with finding a proof of delivery and getting back to me (their customer) on where my item is.

On top of all that they want to charge a delivery fee for the item they messed up.

However when I called to update the address they advised the cannot make any adjustments after 3 minutes have passed once the order is placed and that I would have to call the delivery carrier.
