“A disappointing experience, even from ordering samples. We had trouble printing onto the samples we ordered and emailed for some advice as the result was poor. We were completely ignored. Despite this we decided to order the pocketfold squares, text mats and envelopes (deciding to order our paper elsewhere after our email was ignored). We paid for next day shipping and our order arrived about 8 days later. I did ring up after about five days and a disinterested lady told me it meant “next day after being manufactured” - she didn’t even ask for my order number. The quality of the square pocketfolds is great and exactly the colour we needed, but thanks to the abysmal customer service we wouldn’t recommend Paper Bliss and won’t be ordering from them again.”

“Absolutely great products! I ordered square pocketfolds, envelopes, backing card as well as belly bands. All were as described and excellent quality, exactly as they appear on the website! The delivery was also very good, I am so thrilled with the products! Thank you so much :)”

“I paid for a product that I didn’t even recieve.. Absolutely devastated they were only a sample of the product so I can see what they looked like before purchasing them I am very disappointed that I have been charged for postage and haven’t received my product. Even emailed to find out where my product is and was told it has been sent out but I’ve waited almost 3 weeks and still nothing.. very upset”

“I only needed to order a handful of items and found the ordering process very easy and delivery was prompt. I contacted Paper Bliss to change my delivery address and this was no problem for them. When my items arrived they were beautifully wrapped which was a lovely touch! Would use again & recommend.”
