A disappointing experience, even from ordering samples. We had trouble printing onto the samples we ordered and emailed for some advice as the result was poor. We were completely ignored. Despite this we decided to order the pocketfold squares, text mats and envelopes (deciding to order our paper elsewhere after our email was ignored). We paid for next day shipping and our order arrived about 8 days later. I did ring up after about five days and a disinterested lady told me it meant “next day after being manufactured” - she didn’t even ask for my order number. The quality of the square pocketfolds is great and exactly the colour we needed, but thanks to the abysmal customer service we wouldn’t recommend Paper Bliss and won’t be ordering from them again.

Hi, I recently ordered some samples from yourselves and they arrived in perfect condition but have ordered an amount and still have not received them. Order last Wednesday with also paying the next day delivery cost. Still nothing has arrived and not heard anything from DPD. Hopefully hear soon or get information about my order. Thanks

I ordered pre-cut card for my pocket fold envelopes and none of the 3 printers I have access to could print on them. They chewed and misprinted the card. I looked online for printing tips on the PaperBliss website but the file mentioned on one of the pages was not listed anywhere to download and read. I had to buy my own sheets of paper separately from a high street stationer and cut each individually as there was no time to go back to PaperBliss to order something that would work - although I doubt there would have been anything! I tried a home printer and two large office printers. I also took the cards into a local printer's but they couldn't print on it either because the sizes were too small for the printer to hold. The paper was a beautiful colour and lovely and thick but that's no good if you can't print on it!! The actual pocket fold envelopes were lovely too and had a beautiful subtle gilter finish. I also had a problem with my sample (which I really should have tried to print on but with access to so many printers and the invites marketed as "at home DIY" I didn't for a second think I'd have a problem!). I ordered my sample quickly and didn't check the fine print which is on a different page to the ordering page. The postage option was called something like 'Royal Mail 24' which sounded like I'd receive it 24 hours later but that obviously wouldn't be guaranteed. The small print, in fact, states that the order can take 5 working days to to process before it is put in the post. Despite only ordering 1 pocket fold and some inserts. It took 5 working days for mine to be dispatched (plus a weekend). I was on a very tight deadline and didn't have that long. All in all it was stressful and not the easy experience I thought I was paying for. I chose to go with PaperBliss after a printer let me down and we had to change the invitations and them ourselves. It simply wasn't the experience I thought I was buying into. They look good made up with my paper from a local stationer though. They would have looked epic if I could print on the card provided.

Really disappointed that I have had to chase my order took over a week and still hasn't arrived. Not sure of the quality.

Very poor customer service. Misleading on website re 'next day' delivery. This is in fact up to 5 days delivery. Product was very good but experience was tainted by very poor customer service when phoning to discuss 'next day' postage option. I was told that I was wrong, misunderstood basically made to feel stupid. When I asked for the managers name I wasn't given it, was just told to forward complaints onto the person I was speaking to on the phone and they would pass them on however it was them who I wanted to complain about and had no confidence they would pass this information on.

We ordered two samples of paper folded envelopes as we are creating our own wedding invitations. We weren't impressed that the folds aren't perfect and when put together, the lines and folds were out. I expected good quality and near perfection when I'm thinking about ordering 100+. We will be going elsewhere.
