“Very happy with the samples received. Also very accommodating with additional request of changing a particular colour of an existing invite set. Response was fairly slow and took a number of days to come back via email.”

“Great customer service from the start, - sent good samples so I knew what to choose. Quick delivery, carefully wrapped and lovely quality card, envelopes and belly bands. A company you can trust!”

“Excellent options available, great designs and quality but was disappointed to be charged for postage on both samples despite website claiming to offer free postage on samples. Emailed customer service for help and more information and I haven’t had a response. Such a shame!”

“Great quality product at a reasonable price. Would have made 5* but the wrong product was sent to me originally. However this was collected and the correct item delivered quickly and with minimal fuss.”

“Great product & service. However, the delivery was left under a car on a rainy day so think it's worth having a word with your delivery company! Fortunately it was on a day when I was home at lunchtime, but it could quite easily have been ruined if I hadn't.”

“Got my double sided tape here as even with postage costs, it was still a lot cheaper than everywhere else. Got a email confirmation but didn't get an email to say it was despatched so had to manually log on to check but my order arrived on time and was securely packaged. Tape was also official Stix2 so all good and very happy with my bargain :)”
