“The quality of the fibre on these clothes has been lowered. I recently purchased a pack of blue ones, and when compared with the old ones bought two years ago, it is quite disappointed of the quality.”

“Purchased 30 red velvet towels for my business and 6+ months in they are ruining everything they have come into contact with! I have washed them probably over 100 times and the dye keeps running and running onto EVERYTHING. They were a good price but they have cost me a fortune because they have ruined so many clothes towels and bedding. Contacted paragon and they offered me a small discount on a future purchase which (considering how much their prices have increased) was no compensation at all! When I pursued them further they asked me to send them back at my cost so they could run tests! What a sham.”

“I had some towels a few years ago which were excellent, the same cannot be said for the new bath towels, much too thin, felt cheap but we’re not cheap. I will not be purchasing these again!”

“I am really disappointed having specifically purchased these towels from what I regarded was one of the best manufacturer that they were not coloufast. One of the recommended uses was as a flannel and as a result of using the towel as a wet flannel I ruined a brand new cap that I had purchased recently as it was stained from the bleeding. I have not tried washing the other towels yet but now know I need to be careful. I’m not happy having purchased over 50 towels!”

Cassie, as per our emails last week you did order the wrong product. I offered a refund for the products if you returned them, but you felt we should also refund the carriage costs.
